Personalized (pre-order) pieces take 7–10 production days before ship-out. Pre-Made Collection items ship every Tuesday and Saturday with no waiting period. We'll always inform you of your ship-out date when your order is confirmed.
Yes! We offer free nationwide shipping across the Philippines on all orders. No minimum order required.

Yes! We are open for event bookings for 2026 and 2027. Our on-site engraving booth is a beloved activation for corporate events, weddings, debuts, birthdays, product launches, and more.
